Upon completion of a project, the final deliverables, such as software, website files, or app packages, will be provided to the client via email, cloud storage links, or through a secure client portal.
- Delivery Timeline: The delivery timeline for each project is agreed upon during the project planning phase and is outlined in the project contract or agreement. The timeline may vary based on the complexity and scope of the project.
- Acceptance of Deliverables: Upon delivery, clients are expected to review the deliverables and provide feedback or approval within the agreed timeframe. If no feedback is provided within the specified period, the deliverables will be considered accepted.
Completion and Handover
- Project Completion: A project is considered complete once all deliverables outlined in the project contract have been delivered and approved by the client. The completion of a project will be formally communicated to the client through an email or a project completion certificate.
- Final Handover: After project completion, the final handover of all project assets, including source code, documentation, and other related files, will be provided to the client. These assets will be delivered electronically, and clients are advised to securely store the provided materials.
- Post-Delivery Support: Auricsoft Platform Private Limited may offer post-delivery support as per the terms specified in the project contract. This support may include bug fixes, minor updates, or ongoing maintenance.
Shipping of Physical Products
Note: Our services do not typically involve the shipping of physical products. If any physical materials are required for a project, such as hardware for IoT projects, shipping arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon separately with the client.
